We all have a different idea of what a great birthday gift is. Mine is to make you your favorite dish or dessert. I like to see people happy, and what better way to put a smile on the birthday boy or girl’s face than with food?
Plus, this is when I up my game and make sure I take my time and stay creative. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I get too complacent in the kitchen and just throw things together to make a meal. So doing something out of the ordinary awakens my creative side.
Last Saturday, I attended one of my dear friend’s birthday parties, and she asked me to make Chicken Alfredo, and I think I screeched with excitement and said YESSSSSS!
Here are my ingredients, a short video, and step-by-step directions.
Ingredients
- Bow Tie Pasta
- 8 ounces of Goat Cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 Cups Milk
- 3 Cups Spinach
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat to coat the pan. Season the chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes per side.
Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain the water and set aside.
Cut the chicken into small bites or shred it, then add it to the roaster. Then add your pasta. Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese on top, add seasonings, and then mix. Add your spinach and then mix. Then add the rest of your mozzarella cheese.
Break up your goat cheese into crumbles and place on top of the mozzarella cheese
Stir eggs into 3 cups of milk
Pour slowly over the pasta to make a beautiful golden crust.
Cover with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
You could have chosen to read any blog, but you chose mine, and I’m honored.

This design is spectacular! You obviously know how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Excellent job. I really loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
