One Line Is All I GOT

Today’s one-liner is more of a thought-provoking question than it is a mere statement.

In life, we sit and wait for things to unfold as we expect them to. And then, when it doesn’t, we give up on our goal; we end our journey and move on to a plan that requires less work and, oftentimes, less skill.

For years, I’ve pondered why so many of us opt for the well-trodden path when we could choose the less-traveled road, a path of our own making.

Is it the fear of the unknown that keeps us from venturing into uncharted territories, or is it the fear of failure that holds us back?  

If it’s fear that’s holding you hostage, then you need to do everything in your power to break free. Stop letting fear hold you hostage and take your life back before it’s too late. We are here for a short time, and choosing to live with fear is wasting the little time you have left.

Yes, the above truth is more straightforward said than done, but you are guaranteed some success or satisfaction if you choose to surround yourself with risk-takers, doers, and not just talkers! Their energy and determination can be infectious, leading you to your victories.

One line or better yet, A FEW QUESTIONS IS ALL I GOT

Why not you? Why not today? Why not take the unknown road, like starting your own business, learning a new skill, or pursuing a passion project? 

Goal

Push fear and excuses aside for 60 days and take the road that scares the mess out of you. And no matter how dark and spooky that road becomes, keep moving. You’ll eventually settle into this new road and find comfort. This journey is not just about overcoming fear but also about discovering your potential and growing as a person.

This year is not just any year; it’s your year to be a little bolder, braver, and fearless! It’s your year to step out of your comfort zone and make things happen. You have the power to shape your destiny.

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  3. Can I call this a sign that I stumbled across this post after asking this question for what feels like five or so plus years??? And for me, it’s mostly been fear that’s holding me back. Just when I think I’m ready to move forward, something pulls me back in. Thanks for the morning inspiration on this cloudy Friday we’re having. Love this!!!!! ❤️ ✨ 😊

  6. my life is such a mess right now, I’ve decided when ever I have a moment, get outside for a walk or a run, or hit the gym or a swim…it doesn’t holdback the sadness, but it helps

  9. AMEN Sista!!

    Over the course of the last few weeks, I decided to push past my fears and take my writing journey to a whole new level. I now have my first edition Amazon Kindle E-Book set to release on June 13th. Not only that but, I took it a step further and added a hardback edition as well as a paperback edition. Hopefully I’ll be able to inform everyone when the release date for those will be. Both are currently in review. I’m patiently waiting for that email from Amazon saying everything is ready and passed and is ready for customers to start purchasing my very first edition poetry book.

    The next step, is to get my autobiography finished and put on Amazon as well as books stores all over the world. I am half way there.
